Our commitment

Maple REO Advisors LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• A visible “skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body and interface text.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability including the navigation menu, the cookie banner and the FAQ accordions.
• Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and remains legible at 200% zoom.
• Animation that is disabled automatically when the operating system requests reduced motion.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels and clear error messaging.

Known limitations

Some photographic captions describe images in summary rather than in full detail. Third-party content that we link to is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. We review the site periodically and correct issues as they are identified.
